Abstract：The research used one pair to direct the thing to clone the entire gene sequence of Csn from Bacillus megaterium BS-0409 which the size is 516bp, retrieval analysis online with the BLAST procedure in the NCBI, the result indicate that bacillus homology is 96%. At the same time, compare with Csn code gene amino acid sequence other 13 kind of different bacterium uses DNAMAN software, it demonstrated the quite homology between the different bacterium with many kinds of bacillus.
