摘要 配子发生是指原始生殖细胞通过有丝分裂与减数分裂,并最终分化形成精子或卵子的过程,这些生理活动受到阶段特异性基因的精准调控。环状RNA (circRNA)具有特殊闭合环状结构,稳定性高于线性RNA,可通过调控基因转录、充当miRNA海绵和参与蛋白翻译等多种方式发挥重要的生物学功能。目前研究表明circRNA在家畜配子发生过程中动态表达,是配子发生新的重要调控因子。本文综述了circRNA的形成、生物学功能及调节家畜配子发生的作用与机制,并对circRNA在配子发生中的研究方向进行了展望,为深入探究circRNA调控家畜配子发生的潜在机制提供科学依据。

Abstract:Gametogenesis is the process by which primordial germ cells differentiate into sperm or eggs through mitosis and meiosis, and these physiological activities are precisely regulated by stage-specific genes. CircRNA has a special closed loop structure, which is more stable than linear RNA, and plays important biological functions by regulating gene transcription, acting as a miRNA sponge, and participating in protein translation. Current studies have shown that circRNA is dynamically expressed during gamete occurrence in livestock and is an important new regulator of gamete occurrence. In this paper, the formation and biological functions of circRNA and the role and mechanism of regulating gametogenesis in domestic animals were reviewed, and the research direction of circRNA in gametogenesis was prospected. This review provides scientific basis for further exploring the potential mechanism of circRNA regulating gametogenesis in livestock.
