Abstract:The purpose of this study was to explore whether the bovine enucleated oocytes can be activated and its development capacity after activation. We activated the enucleated oocytes using chemical methods, and cultured the embryos with granulosa cell feeder layer in vitro. To observe dynamic changes of microtubules in the enucleated and normal oocytes, we dyed the α-tubulin using immunofluorescence technology at different stages. The results showed that after activation the enucleated oocytes can developed to morula in vitro, and the distribution of α-Tubulin was very different with that of the normal oocytes.
